1. How heavy can the carrier carry?
A: Designed to comfortably support furkids up to 9kg for regular use. It may accommodate slightly heavier pets for occasional use, depending on frequency. Suitable for most small dog breeds including Shih Tzus, Maltese, Cavapoos, Miniature Schnauzers, and Dachshunds, as well as domestic cats. Most importantly, your furkid should fit comfortably within the stated dimensions.
2. What are the dimensions?
A: 48cm (L) x 24cm (H) x 20cm (D)
The width is intentionally optimized to fit any pets below 9kg, snugly inside, keeping them close to your body, so it does not add on unnecessary stress to them. You may choose to zip up the carrier for smaller-sized pets and keep it open for larger-sized companions. There is a safety hook inside to minimise attempts by escape artist.
3. Can I wash the carrier?
A: Yes, the item is machine washable on a gentle cycle using cold water. Please remove all detachable components, including the base, before washing. For tougher stains, hand wash or spot clean as needed. The base can still be washed by hands.
4. Can it carry cats?
A: The carrier is equipped with an adjustable safety strap to secure your furkid to a collar or harness. As it does not include netting, it is recommended for calm pets that are comfortable and unlikely to panic. If they are need to being carried, it is recommended to recommend getting them accustomed to the bag at home first.
5. Does it come with other colours or sizes?
Currently it is available in Olive green + orange and Light grey + Cobalt blue combinations, and only in the stated dimension. We hope to be able to serve more customers with different needs and preferences in the near future when we expand our business!
6. Does it come with handles or straps?
The carrier comes with reinforced padded shoulder straps as standard. Short handles and interchangeable straps are available as optional add-ons, allowing you to personalise your carry style — from handheld to crossbody. Do note these are not recommended for frequent use with heavier pets as they are secured via the D-ring which is not fully reinforced with the bag body (unlike the should straps).
